J.N. Webster's Personal Watercraft (PWC) is a great opportunity for older Scouts who love the water to take their interest to the next level. In this five-day program, Scouts will learn how to operate a PWC and enjoy this unique recreational aquatic activity while exploring Goss Pond Through a nationally approved education program, Scouts will gain confidence and have a blast!
Scouts registered for this program will need to bring a signed waiver form (found below) for PWC and have passed the Swimmer’s test. In addition, your Scout must complete the Boating Safety Education course and bring a state-issued ID card. This requirement by the State of Connecticut and the BSA must be completed online prior to camp. See the next column for options and approved classes.
